If you don't like that, you might have liked my commute today better. Wet, salty roads with snow covering half of the bike lane, and wet snow falling.
When under pressure, your level of performance will sink to your level of preparation.

Those are some really nice shots, man. Did you really get neg rep over this? Haters gonna hate, I guess.

Love the pictures. I recently inherited a Nikon D300, but I don't have much photography experience, so I'm learning as I go. Shots like these inspire me to learn to shoot.

If it's true, it's hilarious. Someone either has a very dry sense of humor, or they have a stick up their ass. Could go either way round these parts.

Funny how this site has turned into a popularity contest with the naysayers having the most control.

What happened to passion instead of just "dissin".?

I got a "Neg rep" a little while ago for posting several wildlife pics I snapped during This Ride without posting the obligatory bike shot..

The comment from the anonymous poster said. "What does this have to do with MTB ?"

It's not a real commute if some mouthbreather in a contrator van doesn't try to run you over. Hahaha.

What you do there is more like prancing through a field of flowers. You have gone soft!

Really? I always come to this site to see pics like this, I belonged to this site through 3 deployments and always enjoy the pictures that people contribute of their rides. Just because I may not be in "no position to enjoy the same" doesn't mean I dont enjoy what others have. Get over your damn self and just enjoy, or just go away, no matter to me!

Looks like neg rep won't affect you much with that kind of cred. But yeah it's pretty ridiculous. I think for some that's all they've got to give.

Hey, just a query about the weather in your corner of Utah. My husband and I take a vacation usually around Memorial Day or the week before Memorial Day, load up the car and head to NM, AZ, CO and a little Utah. Two years ago (I think) we had your little slice of heaven on the radar, but daily highs were already over 100 degrees (around 104, as I recall). Was that just a bit of freakishly hot weather for so early in the summer? I lived in SW Colorado for many years and don't recall temps like that in early June, but it may also be a difference in elevation. Not that anyone can predict the weather with any certainty, but just wondering.
