Great news....just finished installing my sixc crank so to hear it's under warranty again is a sweetener. Great looking crank and first trip out in the morning.

Oh thank goodness. I was just setting up a warranty return when they went under. I was quite sad as it left my bike with no cranks and me out a $200+ crankset.

Glad to see they will honor warranty and I am glad I resisted the temptation to buy new cranks in the interim.

    Glad to see them back!

That's pretty cool. Good to see someone who has been in the sport/industry a long time got a hold of the company instead of a faceless investment company or bored millionaire.

Good. At least there is still some choice left for component brands, although that choice is getting smaller and smaller.

Can I choose another part of the cat?

    Great news, though.

So, I want to know who the backers are. This uy was just a director of OEM products. Who are his financial backers and how much influence will tehy have on the product moving forward.

Originally, the site described it as a sort of partnership between Easton and Race Face, but sincehe is leaving Easton and becoming a contractor, it implies no relationship. I just hope whoever it is has enough experience to accept the slim margins that inevitably come with a company like this and let the right people make the component decisions.

Raceface rises from the dead...i love it.

Althought I've never used on of their cranks.... I'm guessing it's not your cranks and it's one of your derailleurs. Everyone RF produce I've ever used has been top quality, and has stood up to a ton of abuse.
