    Camp Lynda, 2008

    Going long for 3 days around St. George Ut, YES!!.

    Some went long and ‘fast’
    Some went long and ‘intermediate’
    A few went long and ‘deliberate’ ie-base miles/slow

    personal stats
    Day 1: 52 miles, 5050 ft climb, total time 7:49
    Day 2: 38 miles, 3331 ft climb, total time 5:54
    Day 3: 61 miles, 3980 ft climb, total time 8:10
