    Best riding in Colorado Springs area

    I will be vacationing in the Colorado Springs area this summer and need some advice on where to ride! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Palmer park is very nice with lots of trails right in town all differnt skill levels -
    You can pick up GIS maps of the area at most local bike shops.
    I really like the Templeton trail and the Kinnikinnick trails.

    Palmer and Cheyenne Canyon, Palmer is more technical w/less climbing. Chey. Canyon has some awesome trails with as much climbing as you want and steep technical descents on some trails. Plan on riding the Monarch Crest trail while your here, it's a 2 hour drive, but one of the best rides you will ever do. Many more options with a short drive also.

    Then there's

    the Gold Camp road Jone's Park( or Pipline) loop. Miles and miles of up and miles and miles of down.
