Thanks for sharing. Not all of us riding are physically fit lol. But that's a lot of why we're riding, to get that way! Oh, and also because it kicks a$$! Nice dog!

I started riding "to get that way" but now I ride because like you said "it kicks a$$". I like to share my fun rides with everyone (both those that are fit and "getting fit").

I need to update my signature I have lost 36 lbs so far this year. Only about 40 more to go!

Please give music credit in your video. Sounds kinda sludgy.
"There are those who would say there's something pathological about the need to ride, and they're probably on to something. I'd wager though that most of the society-approved compulsions leave deeper scars in the psyche than a need to go and ride a bicycle on a mountain." Cam McRea

Long story (here is the short of it), I have changed a couple of Little, Little things

#1. No sugar in my coffee...
(which lead to my focus on cutting out most "added sugar", I still eat the occasional sweet but it is very occasional)

#2. Eat dinner earlier AT HOME
(daughter is now old enough to eat adult food but she eats at 6:00 instead of 9:00ish like I did before and made us eat at home more)

#3. Good Multi-Vitamin and Vitamin C (EVERY DAY)
    a. (long story short) helps get my metabolism back into shape
    b. helps keep my immune system strong so I can keep riding

I have tried everything but the combo of these 3 little things made all the difference for me. Really and truely I was not even exercising that much a month and half ago and was lossing weight...
