This video never gets old. The first time I saw a video of Danny MacAskill I thought it was fake. Now I'm just reminded how much I suck in comparison.

I highly reccomend buying the Band Of Horses album. Some of the best most inspired music I have heard in years. If you liked the song in the vid you will be blown away by this group.

That is an amazing video. My little boy is really stoked by this. Anyone know anything about it? I see just a front disk brake. Does he have a rear caliper brake? Is he clipped in or running platforms? Anyone know what a bike like that weighs?

alot of trials riders run hydraulic rim brakes in the rear. set with very little modulation. OFten they will grind the surface of teh rims and use really sticky pads. the huge braking forces put on the frame by the use of a rear disk for trials riding tended to crack frames. although most modern trials frames use disks in the rear now.

    They run platforms.

an average trials bike us usually mid twentys as far as weight. although the more burly the components the heavier they get.

Very nice... I don't know why, but Jackie Chan's stunts came to my head as I was watching this. Very nice.

This is the one "bicycling" internet video that you can show to anyone and everyone...and they are all amazed!

Next time you got peeps over at your house, hook the puter up to the TV, and let em watch: it's a crowd pleaser.

I never, ever tire of watching this. Danny makes it all look so easy. It's like he's and the bike are one and the same - there really seems to be so little distinction between him and the bike.

Everything about this video rocks my world.

Spectators expecting carnage at 4:15, gotta laugh. It's amazing Danny can roll away from a drop to flat like that with not even as much as a flat!

Yeah .... anyone could do that with enough helium in the tires!

.... just kidding! that's just CRAZY !! the guy seems to defy gravity! In my book, that guy is more talented than any of these Bozo baseball or football stars ! ..... too bad it doesn't pay off!

Great video. I don't think I'm going to rush out and mimic that guy's moves. I'd like to see how many times he's been in teh hospital!
Mountain bike riding is the new dirt bike riding. It's cheaper and you don't get shot at as often.
