    I've been there in the winter. It wouldn't be that good an idea, at least in my opinion.

    The animals have the right of way, and there are routinely face-offs with bison on the roads. At least on a snowmobile you might be able to outrun one that gets ticked off.

    This caught my eye - talking about Surly's Pugsley: "The bikes aren't cheap. The last one that The Spoke Shop sold, a 21-speed bike, went for $1,500."

    I guess we shouldn't tell them how much a normal mountain bike costs.
