Voice up! Become a statistic & show the fat old white guys in DC what we need.

Sent to by some fellow bike industry friends. Looks like a lot of people are counting on this info to help the pansies in Washington making decisions realize not only that we MTBers are out there, but that we want to ride on trails, and more precisely what exactly we mean by trails in the first place (this is pretty dang cool):

Researchers at the U. of Colorado, the U. of New Mexico and the U. of Padua (Italy) want to know about you, your mountain biking, and what you like and dislike about different trails.

So, if you mountain bike a little or a lot, please fill out our survey at

    http://bike.colorado.edu/

Your responses will give us a better understanding of how mountain bikers
choose where and with whom to ride.

Please forward this email to all your friends who own mountain bikes so we
can get input from them as well.

    Thank you so much.

Edward Morey and Dave Kritzberg - U. of Colorado
Jennifer Thacher and Jeff Bjarke - U. of New Mexico
Mara Thiene - U. of Padua, Italy

You'll go far in politics, I'm sure...

Well, you certainly have a way with words. Dale Carnegie couldn't have said it better.

With a title like you gave this thread, I was expecting something more about ANWR, or maybe something that ought to be over in F88.

    Check out this thread.

I'm not in politics, silly, and have no interest. Moreover, Dale C certainly would have said it better. But I appreciate the sarcasm & wit anyway.

    It's done.

    That was a long survey.
That which does not kill me, postpones the inevitable.
