New to the forums hope to make lots of new friends

Just wanted to say hi to everyone. Will get pics and things up soon. I am new to this site and somewhat new to mountain biking. The only trees ive jumped in the woods are on my horse by my hubby is opening me up to the world of riding bikes. Its been fun and crazy so far and I love every minute of it.

    Welcome to the forum.
"There are those who would say there's something pathological about the need to ride, and they're probably on to something. I'd wager though that most of the society-approved compulsions leave deeper scars in the psyche than a need to go and ride a bicycle on a mountain." Cam McRea

    No.1 rule

Please don't be offended if a fellow jackwagon pisses by you on a trail (see jackwagon rider thread)

Slang term derived from the Freight or Chow wagons used in the late 19th century. These were often the last wagons in a wagon train, making them the least favorable to drive due to the dust, waste, and debris from the front of the train.

When used as in insult it refers to one's lack of intelligence, implying the insultee is capable of no more than operating a Chow wagon.

Welcome! Whether you are riding horses, wheels or boot leather you are fine by me if you are getting out there.

Enjoy and learn to ignore the FE's who likely can't look in the mirror in the morning!
