    Food passion

Sitting in the car today, thinking about how hungry I was, and then realized that I would do anything for a plate of my mom's chicken-and-chorizo/linguica paella.

    What's your favorite dish?
Sometimes, I question the value of my content.

A favorite is tough...don't think I could ever have just one.
A recent favorite has to be a cabbage, potato, venison kielbasa soup the wife and I put together. Accompanied by a local cabernet franc.

Hard to pick a favorite. Currently I have been LOVING Cochinia Pibil on fresh corn tortillas with pickled red onions.

After a ride, either fish tacos or shrimp burrito at the local joint.
