    Early Spring in Socal

Flowers are barely coming out, is going to be a nice spring this year after all that early rain this year.

Hang on riders with snow covered trails, the end is near

As nice as this is, were going to pay for it this summer.
This is going to be a nasty fire season

I hope you're wrong but there's a lot of overgrown bushes all over the trails.

These photos were taken in January????? Jeez...I'm sitting here on my couch in the midwest getting ready for the record setting winter storm that's about to hit. Had some friends move to La Jolla recently and they've been trying to talk me into moving out there. I might start listening....

California has had an interesting January. In Northern California its been freezing (well 35f) in the AM then sunny for the past weeks. It just rained over the weekend and delayed riding for a few hours on Sunday.
Its a pain but somehow we manage to deal with it.

About to get hit with a massive icestorm here in Pennsylvania after more than three feet of snow already this season and multiple nights around 0 degrees F. Right now it really does feel like the end's near and not in a good way either.

When you say near mission trails, do you mean north of the 52?

    Wrong place

Wouldn't this be more appropriate in the social fourms. That way every one else doesn't get sad or jeleous because their weather sucks.

Suck? What are you talking about? We've got 20 inches of pure white snow, all the heat of 1F and a slight wind chill to top it off. Even the sun was shining ever so brightly just a moment ago. A bit brisk maybe. I think I'll go for a short ride..

Spring, huh? I'll believe it when I see it.
