    Pole customer service

    Looking to place an order for a Stamina 140.
    before I do, I wanted to see if anyone can share their experience with Pole customer service.
    The only thing that gives me pause is not knowing about support in the US.

    I had an order placed and then had to cancel it due to a change in the delivery time frames that didn't meet my needs. Dealing with Pole via email was very easy. Other than holidays and taking into account the time zone differences they replied promptly to my emails and took care of all my concerns.

    I wouldn't have an issue buying a bike from them based on the CS I received.
