Trails North of Lock Haven Pennsylvania

I'm planning about a week in upstate Pennsylvania in Heneyville just north of Lock Haven, PA. I saw some trails on a map in that area but I am not sure about access and what the trails are like. I know there is a rail trail there in the Pine Creek Gorge and this should be an easy one. But what about the others?

I'll save the rail trail for the wife & daughter. My son & I will attempt the other more challenging stuff. I would be comparing your descriptions to my experiences at French Creek and Wissahickon in the big city.

You ideas on this would be appreciated!

Try the Eagleton Mine Camp Trail on Eagleton Road about 7 miles west of Lock Haven on Route 120. Make the left go to the top of the hill by the powerline. Also try the Keystone Country Share use Trail along both sides of Route 44. Covers over 50 miles across four forest districts and is marked with red blazes. Contact the Sproul State Forest for both maps 570-923-6011. There is a million acre block of state forest in the area with tons of unlimited riding if you are into making your own trip. Lots of pipelines and logging roads.
