    trails near Feasterville/Trevose?

On Thursday I have to go to a training class in the a.m. for work, and was going to take the bike to hit up a trail I wouldn't normally venture south for. I live in Emmaus/Allentown.

Any ideas for anything down there? More technical is better but I'll probably take the fatbike so even typical xc is fine. I can always try out Green Lane but I see some other state parks further south.

Is Pennypack a mtb thing? Sounds familiar. I see some other state parks but it will be a Thursday so I'm assuming no go cuz of hunting.

Can even be as small as 6-8 miles, not looking for an IMBA Epic. Something new to have fun for 2 hrs or so is all I'm looking for.

Core Creek is the closest I think.

Definitely go to Neshaminy over Core Creek or Pennypack. The latter two aren't bad for a spin, but Neshaminy has more elevation change and is more of a technical challenge than either Core Creek or Pennypack. I think of it as a mini-Wissahickon. It should be a bit less muddy, as well.

Core Creek is a muddy mess right now. Nesh drains/dries much better...Pennypack also.

Definitely Neshaminy. Pennypack is aight, but it's facing closures and doesn't get as much maintenance.
