    Spring thaw NEPA

Spring is slow to warm up...

...but enjoyable, trails are draining well. A few pics from an epic ride we did. The 2019 Jamis Portal A1 3VO is an amazing mt bike. The Chris Currie designed rear suspension works so well, picking lines and changing direction is made easly. Climbing it settles in and digs. Descending tough singletrack it really shines as the platform asorbs all it can get. I never had to use lockout. The system eliminates all pedal input to the rear suspension.

This ride was up around Ricketts which is the NEPA area. It is still frozen up there, but it is thawing. Most of the trails in my area are pretty good. not a lot of rain recently so spring thaw has had a chance to flow into the ground.

Where in Pa are you visiting?
