    Mountain Bike Coaches/Classes

Throwing it out there. I've been riding for 12 years. I'm a perfectly adequate rider. I've tackled everything in SEPA and within a few hours drive from Philly. I'm good. Not great. I've been looking for classes and coaches in the area to help me increase my performance, but I have not found anyone. There are camps, and one particularly in Michaux that's in March, but I am going to be tied up around then so I can't commit. Just seeing if anyone has any helpful input. Thanks!

Harlan is down in Harrisonburg, VA, (well worth the drive, btw) but is sorta from Philly and comes up here frequently.

Is Johny Gabor in the Philadelphia area?

Getting back into mtb after a 15 yr hiatus and want to make sure I get the fundamentals down this time.

Up in the Lehigh Valley area - Nox, Sals, SME, etc. Worth the short drive north.

If you're looking to get the fundamentals back, buy Mountain Bike Skills by Brian Lopes and Lee McCormack. It helps me get my form back believe it or not.

Thanks for the recommendation. It looks like the 3rd edition is coming out at the end of the month so I'll preorder it on Amazon.
