    Launch Bike Park opens this weekend

    Anyone going? I've never been there, and from the videos I have seen it looks as though a dual crown would be overkill there. Any opinions? Looks like an awful lot of pedaling and not enough gnarly stuff to justify bring a long travel bike.

    Either way, I am very strongly considering going even though there will probably be a lot of people.

    Launch Bike Park

    Is this a decent place? I've been riding mostly XC at Wissahickon but wanted to try some DH. Anyone ride at Launch Bike Park? I'm not far away from it and debating taking a ride over some weekend.

    Any pics or vids of the place besides what's on their website?

    Launch has been steadily improving since it opened last year. New trails are being perfected and it's a lot of fun. You can get 10-15 runs easily and that is a full day of riding. Many of the trails are rocky and rough but you can ride them comfortably on a 6" travel bike, and there is now a couple "flow" trails which are smoother and tons of fun... Here is the official website: Launch Bike Park
    bike = good
