Marsh Creek State Park is actually closer to Lancaster than Blue Marsh but not by much. Blue Marsh Lake is not a State Park, rather, it is owned by the Army Corp of Engineers. I haven't been to these two places, but have been @ French Creek. French Creek is a good place.

if you want technical singletrack and like road apples, then ride the horseshoe trail. there are maps and stuff if you click here

I like doing point to point rides following the hst from the dam at Middle Creek Wildlife Area all the way to Mt. Gretna. 35 miles of gnar. I'll probably be doing that again some Sunday in October if your interested...

    lancaster trails

I'm gonna be down that way this Friday for a wedding. Lake Redman is the best bet towards York. Other trail reviews are posted for Lancaster County Park,Chickie's and Holtwood. I've never ridden any of the three, but fixin' to hit Chickie's or Holtwood Friday.

I used to ride up at the pumping station off of rt322 between rt501 and rt72.
I haven't been up for awhile though. Where ever you ride around here in the upcoming months watch out for hunters and above all do not put antlers on your helmet

Recently the last couple weekends I have been riding at Pinchot state park and Codorus state park.
