    Hibernia County Park

I am doing a race there in the middle of April. Anyone know how the trails are there? Flat, technical...?

I ride there a fair amount. There is nothing really technical there - a few small log piles, maybe some typical "baby head' rocks and roots here and there. I'll bet they take away any log piles on the race course. There are no long climbs, but I wouldn't describe the trails as flat... plenty of ups and downs, some steeper than others, to get the heart rate up. They'll have to utilize the dirt roads and fields to link up the trails to make a race course I'd guess.

Here's the organizer's description of the bike route: "Two 5 1/2 mile loops of Fire Roads, Single Track, Open Fields, Rocky Trails, Short Road Sections." That sounds about right.

I agree with mtmiller I guess that's why the first MASS race of the year is/was always there. It is a good transition from the couch back to race season.
