    American Standard

I was up at American Standard this past weekend and noticed a moto had been on most of the trail. Just curious if anyone knew if this person was a mountain biker trying to burn in the trail a bit more, or just a moto guy out having a good time on the trails? The only spot where the trail seemed to be ripped up a bit was the climb to the Urinal, but I think some rain would firm that right back up.

Motos actually made that trail if I remember right. But since its closed, we wouldn't know its current condition anyway, right?

All of the trails on that side of the highway were made by motos, they used to have races there. That side of the mountain is a mix of State game lands, and private property...lots of motorcycle activity on Sundays. Across the highway...Deer path, Pine Tar...etc is all game lands so you don't see many motos.

Just rode this trail for the first time this past week, and I must say that it was a BLAST. Trail was a little washed out, but pretty well-kept overall. Definitely PA mountain biking at its finest!
