    Who's been houseboating???

On Monday, we returned from our 21st annual houseboat trip. We've been to Lake Mead mostly but also to Lake Shasta and Lake Mohave. Since the company we'd been using for the past 20 years is in it's dieing stages, we decided to shell out some extra bucks and try a higher class company. What a difference!!! OMG! Better in every way: boat, service, amenities. As you can see in the last pic, we brew a special beer (an Amber Ale) for every trip, complete with date and location on the label. Enjoy...

Houseboating is one of my favorite vacations. Lake Mead, Shasta, Powell. All good.

My best friends brother had a houseboat when I was in high school. We mostly used it to reserve a remote spot of the lake for "recreational activities with our female classmates".
