    what to do with this

I just bought a house with some property in north phoenix, AZ and it has this old water tank. its about 4ft across and about 20ft tall or so. It supposedly still can hold water but it is no longer used.

What should I do with it?

Put in a door and some plumbing, make it into an outhouse.

Ya know DJ, that was the first thing that popped into my head and pot has never been my cup-o-tea. I just remember back in the day, people made bongs out of virtually anything.

It was like I was back in high school, if only long enough to think and type that.

Not my thing either. But being around it in my younger days and recent legalization in my state, it hit home. It just cracked me up is all.

Would put a lil deck with a nice umbrella on top. Have a nice cool look out/ chill spot.
Could get crazy and put water with fish and drill a hole in deck for fishing.

Right, actually anybody with half a brain or ambition could click on the page link I provided and scroll half a page down to the referenced numbered post that I also provided. That's a half a page to scroll down. Is that a bit much for ya? And you're not even a lazy ass millennial, you are a discrace to your generation.

Collect rainwater off your roof, store in tank, use for garden or fruit trees. You have room for a couple thousand gallons there, if you have 2000 sqft of roof you can fill it easy with <5" of rain. Filter rainwater well BEFORE storing.

    1. When the price of X gets really low, buy a tank full of it.
    2. Wait for the price of X to go up really high.
    3. Sell your tank full of X.
    4. Profit!

Or just make a cool fort out of it.
Don't let it get you down, but there's a good chance you were an accident.
