I heard there was a time long ago when someone pulled a practical joke people would laughed. Now they call the police.

Did you see they are trying to convict him on computer fraud and identity theft? I can see fraud and libel, but not identity theft.

I guess that's what he gets for being sloppy covering his tracks.

More epic trolling in the news. While cancer is horrible, followers of Justin B are idiots.

That will teach a hard lesson about reality to a lot of impressionable young skulls of mush. Don't believe everything you read.

SO rad, everyone should shave their head at least once in their life, even if it is for the wrong reasons.

He created an account claiming he was someone he wasn't. And that someone was a real person. And it was done deliberately. Seems to satisfy the criteria for identity theft, which is really just a specific flavor of fraud. There's no question this guy committed fraud.

Looks like this guys ended up getting three months in jail. I bet he wishes he had agreed to the probabation. Jury nullification doesn't usually work for d-bags.
I can barely get my mouth around it.

to the letter of the law your right, that charge just seems weird to me because he didn't try to take any resources away from the victim.
