PSA - men wash your hands *before* using the urinal

I met my wife for a lunch at the local Mexican dive. This place has some great salsas, and one of my favorites is a pickled onions and peppers. I scoop a container full, along with a few other choices, and make my way to the table.

As I needed to wrangle onions and peppers onto small chips, I was using my fingers. Turns out the peppers were hot (they we're habaneros) but I survived. I used the bathroom before leaving.

Note to self- next time you play with habaneros wash your hands *before* going to the bathroom.

Heyyall you have got to watch this.

    https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ssktVpcv9WI. <<<<

One of my biggest pet peeves is people that don't wash their hands leaving the restroom. I even use paper towels to open doors and for anything else I touch.

Alright pepper juice on hands as you touch anything...eyes or your junk. OUCH!

It was a "mild" burning sensation but I survived with only a lesson learned.

Been there done that. <<< one time is usually all it takes to learn your lesson. Also be careful about touching your eyes.

Note to self: spraying people in the groin with bear spray could be very interesting.

While they were indeed real habaneros, my level of "contamination" was mild. I'm in the clear right now.

But I did eat probably 2 habaneros and a jalapeņo or two, so yes, the next few hours could be interesting.

That could be the name of your new band.

I'm surprised that isn't a real band. Now that you mention it there are occasions when the Red Hot Chili Peppers would be an apt entry on my part in that thread.
