The burning question is were the tickets free or did mountainbikeloco have to pay for them? Was the venue packed? Were any food products hurled? Actually many burning questions remain.

I did. It was at one of the Free Tibet shows at Golden Gate Polo Grounds, circa 1998 or 1999. This particular 2-day show was headlined by The Beastie Boys and Rage Against the Machine among so many others. Yoko Ono was a curiosity at best. Her set featured her mainly screeching into the mic. I think I used that time to search for the fungus amung us...successfully, I might add.

Didn't anyone ever see XTC? Great band and useful for filling in under the X on these silly lists.

Just covering for the fact that I could never remember all the live bands I have seen, and can think of a 1001 things I'd rather spend my time doing...

They were great! I saw them on one of the strangest bills. It was A New Year's Eve show at Long Beach Arena... maybe 1992/1993. I went to see Megadeth, but got there early enough to see the fresh up and coming opening band... Stone Temple Pilots. Sandwiched between Megadeth and STP were Infectious Grooves. I was kinda upset during that time because I was such a big Suicidal Tendencies fan and really would have preferred a Suicidal set, but such is life. Infectious Grooves killed it that night.

Well yeah, I'd rather be going to live shows or live events of any sort instead of sitting behind my computer feebly trying to implore my memory challenged mind to relive decades of concerts.

It was fun to remember the people I shared those moments with. Some were and are old friends, some were momentary intersections and some have become bitter enemies, but for those moments, we were all happy. And, that is worth remembering.

And I can appreciate that! Those happy moments are good to remember too. I was actually working at most of the concerts I have attended, so slightly different for me.

You've seen Tea Leaf Green, but not Steve Kimock? I ask because Tea Leaf Green bass player has played with Kimock in various years/Tours. Look Kimock up on You Tube. (Edit, I see 1 listing per letter)
