Don't let these guys get to you. You did the right thing. What if your little dog caught his death of cold? You'd feel terrible.
And these guys.....they WANT to see your little dog dead. That's just how they roll.

    Lol.

We have a fleece vest we put on our dog while camping and during the winter. CO gets cold man! Ghey as it may be, short haired dogs get cold when they're not moving!

I tried to buy her a softshell vest and my wife shut that idea down
I like 'em long, low, slack and playful

See this dude he's 15 years old and a native of San Diego all of his life up until 2.5 years ago. He's always been an outside dog in San Diego and it wasn't going to change in Colorado. The weather in Colorado can get pretty cold. Negative numbers were pretty common last winter. Guess what every time I felt sorry for him and brought him inside an hour later he wanted back out. Granted I customized his dog house. The inside is lined with 2" foam insulation and he has a heated mat that is thermostat controlled. When he lays down it turns on according to the temperature. And a swinging doggy door with weatherstripping on the edges to seal out the wind. He loves it out there and it's all I can do to keep him inside at night. He's half Doberman half Border Collie. He has short hair like a Doberman.

Oh and he rarely makes fun of little dogs in pink skirts.

Our mutt has done fine on snowshoe trips in single digits with just her fur... As long as we're moving she's fine. Ice balls in the paws are very common.

If we stop for a couple minutes, she starts shaking pretty good.

The vest is helpful around a late night campfire when she's just lounging... I feel bad if my dog is shivering

And this is the gratitude I get from hooking you up with a bike renal shop in the area. You can just forget about asking me to set you up with a dog groomer that will paint your doggies nails pink. You are on your own with that one.

I am ashamed of myself for buying and then consuming a large chocolate filled loaf type donut that was glazed in chocolate on the outside and sprinkled with chocolate chips. Probably 1500 calories worth. How embarrassing...

Nah, I bought a big bag of those peeled baby carrots and they have been sitting in the fridge too long, they'll get shredded and made into a slaw. I had this great great carrot 'side dish' back in Cali that I've always wanted to make for myself, shredded carrots with cumin & other spices. Man I miss the Tikka Grill!

I'm hooked on Pesto have been for 15 years or so. It's almost a daily thing for me. Hmmmm a food processor a bit cheaper than what I get it for pre-made at the store.

My favorite is spinach fettuccini with pesto. Or any stuffed spinach raviolis with pesto. YUM!

I put it on scrambled eggs as well. And or just toast and butter and pesto.

You can redeem yourself only one way............your pup's "outfit" has to be something with a football, baseball, or hockey teams logo.

Oh, and official team colors. No boob pink.

And post a pic, or you man card stays revoked until spring. You may get matching attire for yourself if you feel inspired.

I picked up a jumbo pack of adult diapers at the local market this morning. Everyone in town was there and they all saw me and they all laughed and pointed at me. I really, really had to go potty, so I ripped a gigantic noisy fart to clear the way and I boogied out of there. I didn't make all the way back home in time, meaning I had an accident in my underwear. I should not have allowed myself to run out of adult diapers in the first place. How embarrassing...

I thought you were going to rip a big ol' shart for a second. Although its a moot point now. That'll learn ya.

I keep a roll of T.P. away from the normal stash in case I run out, which I hate. Its happened before, doh.

I had to go in there for privacy to adjust my diaper. I had a creeper going on and that's very uncomfortable when you are about to do a 13 mile ride through rough and rugged terrain. Please don't tell the fellas. It will be our little secret.

Those are some of my favorite ways to use pesto with pasta. Now I haven't considered eggs....

    ...fascinating.
