My tigers blood has me bi-winning and bi-cycling (is it in your blood?)

I went to this trail about a mile from my house (I really need to do this more) called Sulfer Mountain Road - its about 9 miles uphill. Anyway, I decided to take a short ride up the hill. I had to make it short because I have things to do at the house and have to go shopping, so I only went up about a mile, just enough to break a good sweat and get the muscles going and heart pumping. I stopped, and just enjoyed the sounds of nature, admiring the view and beauty of it all, listing to the accasional MTB'er wizz by and enjoying a hand rolled spliff, and as I realized it was time to head back I felt crushed and heart broken, I really wanted to keep going, I was thouroughly enjoying myself - it felt kinda that oneness with nature thing the buddhist practice.

I realized - MOUNTAIN BIKING - its in my blood
