    Favorite Movie Cars

There are dozens if not hundreds to choose from, and I've decided to narrow my choices to the three domestic biggies (Dodge, Ford, GM).

My top favorite is the 1970 Charger used in Fast & Furious. I thought about the "General Lee", but lets face it, this blown Charger would eat the General for breakfast - not to mention, it would outrun just about any car out there - street cars don't get much faster than this folks.
    Favorite Movie Cars-2-dodge-charger-1970.jpg
Who has seen Corvette Summer? Couple things I would have done different with this car, I love the custom look and all that custom fibreglass, but the body and spoilers just looks to high, this body needs to be lowerd, stock ones were lower. The interior on this car is stock - I never figured that out, if your going to customize the body like this, you should do the inside too. (side note: my best friend owns a 1970 Stingray, he restored it to stock, all matching numbers, even original paint - he put about 25K into it and it wins car shows. its a nice car, we go crusing it once in a while)
    Favorite Movie Cars-corvette11.jpg
Who could forget the 1968 Mustang fastback used in the movie Bullit - and this car is a bullet, and the movie is a cult classic among car and Mustang enthusiast. There really isnt much I can think of to say about this car, then again, I shouldnt have to, this car speaks for itself.

mcqueens mustang. he actually drove it in the movie so that right there gives the car way more cred than the stuntman-driven mopar.

the corvette is bleh. vettes jumped the shark back in the late 80s if you ask me.

Uuhh...the TVR Speed 12 was in Swordfish. That car is sexy. 799hp stock. Other than that, any Stingray ever. I'm so anamored with that car it hurts.

Wow! How the hell could I miss those posts? I knew someone had to mention it in the first page.

In my opinion the Interceptor from Mad Max is the best movie car of all time, yes cooler than the friggin Batmobile as well!

I got it! Finally! "Dirty Mary Crazy Larry", staring Peter Fonda. It has been driving me nuts these past couple of days, and a little Google-Fu combined with a friend who is a MOPAR and a movie guy! Good post!

Maybe not the nicest car over here, but its maybe one of the coolest scenes when the "1400 horsepower pay off..." after being tailgated by that ass_ole ! (David Lynch´s Lost Highway)

Lexus from Minority Report, Mad Max car, both awesome. Same for Fate's car from the Great Race - real left field entry there.

Audi S8 from Ronin. Great movie, outstanding car chases.

I'm a Subaru nut, so this was a nice surprise at the end of Hot Fuzz.

Here are a couple more really good ones:

    XXX’s GTO:

Another Goat from “Dazed & Confused”. Keep this quote in mind with this car:
Wooderson: That's what I love about these high school girls, man. I get older, they stay the same age.

“To Punish and Enslave” on the side of this bad-boy “Stang - Barricade from Transformers:

I don't know why I didn't see that. Must have been disbelief about the condition.
