I was your typical late mid to late 80's early 90's kid

Voltron, GI-Joe, Transformers, Heman, Thundercats, smurfs, inspector gadget, ducktails, darkwing duck. My all time favorite was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
A lot of these are now available on netflix instant, DO NOT WATCH THEM, or be at least prepared to have your childhood memories of awesomeness crushed. They are more funny than bada$$ now.

Teen years I went through anime, still will occasionally watch it, particularly classics like Evangellion, Ghost in the Shell, etc...

Tom & Jerry definitely had a good thing going, but the real star was Tex Avery, he took cartoons to a whole different level.

Check out Deputy Droopy from 1955 YouTube - Droopy Dog-Deputy Droopy - Video Dailymotion it was miles ahead of anything else from that time.

Another favorite was The Pink Panther, for example his trip to Transylvania: The Pink Panther - 078 - Pink Plasma.avi - YouTube

As a kid in the 70's I was all about Superman.

Have to admit though, I got kinda hooked on Dragonball Z when my kids were watching it.

I liked Droopy Dog, Pink Panther( that cartoon got me into Henry Mancini), Voltron, Heman, thunderCats, Tom & Jerry, Space Ghost( cartoon and talk show), Tiny Toons, anything Tex Avery did( Droopy Dog gets the special mention), The Herculoids, Sealab 2021, Swat Cats, Inspector Gadget, Fantastic Max, Barnyard Commandos, TMNT, Biker Mice from Mars, Snorks, Gummy Bears, David the Gnome, Smurfs, Care Bears( I watched it because the villain was a bad ass and my hero), Home Movies, Bob's Burgers, Archer, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Aqua Unit Patrol Squad. I'm sure there's more but these are the ones that immediately pop into my head. I'll update with links when I get on a real computer.

Here was a live-action show called Shake, Rattle and Roll that had some cool cartoon shorts. I really liked Dick Dastardly and Muttley. Another good cartoon was/is Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law.

Awesome, I used to watch clutch cargo in the mid 70s even though I think it was made in the 60s, (I was born in 69). I remember getting so pissed because the episodes were really short and always finished with them looking like ther were going to die.
