Experience with dent puller suction cups?

Got a small, non-creased dent in the door of my brand new car. Sure, it was bound to happen sometime.... just not right now, dammit!!

Anywho, has anyone tried a suction type device, like this dent puller? How did it work for you?

I'm looking for ridiculous cheap, and no, I'm not pulling the door apart!

    Thanks in advance,

Late to the party but, a bathroom plunger often works to remove dents like you describe.

Something else that works if there aren't any creases in the dent is heat/cooling quickly.

I've considered one of the SCDP's, but I'm worried about damage to the paint of my 11 year old truck. Any real concerns there, or just give it a go?

I bought one of the hot glue type dent pullers and it didnt work at all. I found a paintless dent repair guy local who will do up to three dents for $100 and does amazing work. He took over 20 hail dings out of my wifes Xterra for less than $300 whereas state farm wanted to replace the hood and fenders with a bill of over $3600.
