I think most of the population would agree.... leave the clocks alone. So very soon after the clocks get turned back it will be dark at about 4:20 in the afternoon, effin great.

So what the hell, another example of gov not listening to the people.

    3. moan about Daylight Savings.

Daylight savings is awesome, at least here in NZ. The only people who moan about it here are the farmers because apparently it upsets their cows, which has always baffled me seems how their cows have no concept of time. I don't know what latitude you're on, but here we have daylight from about 0600-2130 over summer and 0700-1730 over winter, so without daylight savings we'd either lose an hour of that wonderful summer evening light or have darkness until 8am over winter. I sure as hell don't want it light at 5am, nor do I want it dark at 8am over winter, maybe I don't notice it because my shiftwork has destroyed my bodyclock, but it's only one hour, get over it!

    4. Claim to have got a free iphone from AT&T and kept (stole) it, then deny it ever happened, vehemently...

    5. NOT moved to Arizona if you don't like having to change the clocks... we never do! All you poor saps have to...

6] Wait in a 100' long line for the grand opening of a Dunkin' Donuts. Seriously!

I just ended my 4 am to 12:30 one day a week work gig. And I always stop at Egg & I for my once a week fix. Right next door is a brand new Dunkin' Donuts grand opening today. A cop is directing traffic in and out of the place and there is a 100' long line out in front.

A bit of History Dunkin' Donuts left Colorado several years ago and are returning back. Apparently this is one of the few in the state right now. BFD it's a donut shop that serves crappy donuts and coffee. As I was stuck in traffic right next to the line I was talking loudly to the cop and everyone in line. "I asked if they were giving them away for free" "no" "they're just donuts and trust me I've had them they're not that great" cop "move along now"

Here's one: go out, voluntarily, on Halloween in Rush Hour traffic to buy a bunch of peanuts for the sake of feeding the crows, so they will accumulate in a "Murder of Crows", just for the Halloween-effect.

Which not a single one of my sack-of-hammers neighbors even noticed......

That, and I have new cheapo-watch I have to figure out how to set an hour back.

Next year ( hell, do it now ) Buy yourself a crow call. It don't matter if you know how to use it or not. Read the card, and start making it sound like a crow.
You'll have a Murder in no time. Even if you don't see nary a crow, they will come.

Had it have been any other member who posted this, my reply would have been, "everyone knows that, tell me something I don't already know". The problem is that you WON'T tell me the one thing that I don't already know.

Not really; one hour change twice a year vs one hour of lost/wasted daylight every day over summer!

Chasing bears through the woods drunk with a dull hatchet is strongly not advised

My brother reminded me of this. But you ever get stuck behind that slow person in a narrow hallway but the person is walking right in the middle and you can't pass them? Anyways, at the mall, there is one of those long, narrow hallways on the way to the bathroom. This guy was walking and just looked like an idiot with an even dumber gait. So I started to imitate his walk. I kept so when we got into the bathroom. We walked and there was this big mirror and he looked in it and saw what I was doing. I didn't know what to do so I just kept walking that way all the way to the stall. Luckily, we were in the bathroom because my brother was about to piss his pants laughing.
