I've never cooked a turkey and I'm terrified at the thought of doing so.

I don't discriminate.. Last year I smoked our turkey and this year I am using an electric fryer (no flame). Did a test run on Monday and frying it is pretty damn delicious. Gobble gobble!

    Cooking/Turkey

I am not a cook at all. I can screw up cooking Top Ramen.
However, I've learned the ancient art of the deep fried turkey. Now I get a half dozen requests for it throughout the year.
Brine, creole seasoning, peanut oil, and a few beers to sip on while its cooking.
Its all Shits and Giggles until somebody Giggles and Shits
