    Biomechanical augmentation .

    If you could augment your body with a biomechanical technology to one organ system, sense, or extremity? Ie vision with a HUD, mechanical improvements to circulatory efficiency ...etc. im only talking sci-fi herre

    that would be pretty cool.

    i would go for six million dollar man bionics. the i could ride a mtb like a powerful dirt bike... and fix bikes also...
