Doubt he's going to prison but not fun times for him for sure, good, and the car was a bonus.
Easy for me to say but he shoulda ask questions like an interested customer till the cops got there, woulda saved some leg work.
    Cool vid, Thanx for sharin'

Yeah, i got the impression that they intended to string him along but that they had a hard time with the 45min response time of the popo.

Maybe he won't see prison time but the recorded evidence presented would be tough to refute. Dude will prob get convicted and a felony on your record is no joke.

Dam that makes me so happy. I had my first real bike stole when I was in highschool while I was sitting 5 feet away from it with a broken knee. Cops didn't give a sh*t...

That was awesome. Dude did a pretty good job of maintaining his composure. I probably would have just tackled the thief when he tried to run.

That was great. I seriously doubt this guy was a bike flipper. His "it's not illegal to sell stolen gear, I checked" line is what he told himself his get-out-of-jail-free card would be. But, he was too stupid to have actually checked (or has never seen a Pawn Stars episode). Perhaps a warrant of the guy's apartment will turn up more stolen gear.
