    Bad Habits

Post your worst bad habit(s). The things drive your spouse, lover, friends, or family crazy.

Mine is applying OCD to just about everyting I do. I simply can't keep anything simple. I complicate the Hell out of everything I touch... Perfection to a major fault...

I sing a lot. And not really good at it.

And I also like to make things complicated. It has to be perfect or it most not be.

anxiety. ugh. i always assume everything is going to lead to death, doom and destruction. (interesting trait to have while mountain biking)

and, my goof-balliness. I feel generally uncomfortable being serious, so people think i'm dumb or just dong care....

^ hahaah, i just wrong "dong" care, and decided to leave it because it's funny. see what i mean?

I set alarm an hour before I really need to get up. Then hit the snooze every 8 mikes. It fools me into thinking I'm getting lots of extra quality zzzzs.

Talks too much about bikes. Don't talk about anything else either. And set my alarm clock 15 minutes earlier, even on weekends. Than I always see some kind of dangerous issues with everything people do, but only care if it affects me or a loved one. And I fart in the morning.

Sometimes I'll get real quiet and not say much of anything. Wife thinks something is wrong and I just have nothing to say and want to be left alone.

Ohhh let's see here. At least according to the g/f when she's in full whine mode:

    - Biting my nails (Yes I know this is bad)
    - Using soap on the dishes before they go into the dishwasher. (Ok, WTF do we have a dishwasher for?)
    - Being stinky after a ride. (Umm ya this happens most times, sorry.)
    - Pestering the little pooch occasionally cause it's funny. (Ya I know this is bad.)
    - Being quiet and not "talking". (Sorry some of us like to sit and internalize things.)
    - I'm sure there are more, just can't think of them at the moment. I'm sure if she saw this she'd add more..

And before anyone goes off it's really not bad. It's all in how you handle things. I love her a lot. However there are times when I turn off the connection between my brain, ears, and mouth when she's in this mode. Oh and that gets me in trouble sometimes..

Masturbating and getting caught.... happens more than I would like to admit. She gets pissed and asks "why do you have to do that" and I casually tell her "Because I'm pretty sure you forgot what sex was"

The nice thing is... our TV is in front of the couch I am currently living on!

They are so many! Definitely one of my worst habits is to be optimistic. Be optimistic, these days, is not a good idea.

Normal life is becoming very difficult here, this crisis is much deeper and more serious than that our leaders would have us believe.
If they tell the truth people would be with guns on the streets looking for them...
