    Perfect recovery smoothie

What do you all like? Do you focus on macronutrient ratios?

I think that Beach Body recommends something like a 3-1 or 4-1 carb to protein ratio and to limit fat.

A glass of 1% chocolate milk.
Do not take anything I post seriously. I don't.

Only do it after rides where I know I'll be sore, but Ensure Plus or the Equate version in, or along with, a protein drink immediately post-ride makes a noticeable difference in both how I feel afterwards(might have something to do with that 50g of carbs, since I'm on a low carb diet, but don't count pre/mid/post-ride carbs), and how sore I *don't* get. Same principle as chocolate milk, really, but more of everything.
Whether more of everything is necessary, or even a good thing, is up for debate. I love and look foward to it, though, so it's all good.

    1/2 cup water
1 cup whole milk greek yogurt
1 scoop Protein powder of choice( I like Iron mass. Hooray hydrolyzed beef protein)

    a thought....

Tomatoes are technically a fruit. So does that make ketchup technically a fruit smoothie?

Would that make a bloody mary a health drink?
