January is World Carnivore Month, who's in?

I've been keto for almost two years I guess, but have been eating fewer and fewer plant products in recent months, to the point where I'm probably already considered carnivore. 70% animal products is the threshold.

Anyhow, January is World Carnivore Month, and I've signed up. Still going to have some plant products....coffee, tea, lemon water, the occasional side dish of vegetables just because I like to have more than one thing on my plate, and my wife likes to eat out once a week, but I'm aiming for 90+% carnivore for January at least.

Anyone else giving it a shot, or already carnivore?

I've made the switch from Keto to 95% carnivore as well. Liking it. A lot.

Not 100% carnivore, but having a nice juicy rare T bone for dinner in 5 minutes; hot off the grill....

I liked the carnivore diet as I could lose weight without any mental effort at all (logging calories and such), but I did tend to under-eat and was tired all the time. After a couple of months of that I went back to good ol' fashioned keto.

I did almost 100% carnivore in January. It was interesting. Aside from getting bored with the lack a variety, the only issue I had was that I my temper got very short. Maybe something to do with low blood sugar, or increased testosterone? I don't know, but I'm back to maybe 75-85% animal based now, and much slower to anger again. Probably going to be adding some seasonal fruits as the weather warms up, which I guess might be more paleo?
