Upper/Middle Black - Big Dig plans

I saw that the Big Dig this weekend was going to be on Upper/Middle Black.

I'm curious if anyone knows what the plan is for those trails and what the work they are going to do is?

Was up there on Friday. Looks like just some water bars and drainage improvement in some of the deeper trenches.

Nomenclature correction: Not water bars but instead rolling grade dips. Shrimper does not build water bars (cause they do not work long term).

    Definitely a better definition/description.

Some of the work is visible in the reverse view from my ride:

Word of warning, crappy video ... first day with a gopro and first time throwing together any kind of video with iMovie.

Last time I rode upper black, some of those "trenches" were almost handlebar deep!

Thanks for the info. I went up to Middle two days ago and saw where a little work there had been done. I think what surprised me the most is that the climbout appeared to have been (either intentionally or due to the erosion) cleaned up some, particularly that water bar in the middle was filled around with dirt and rideable by mortals like myself. I also saw a few other little improvements like a roller here or there that aligned with a drain.

The rest rode about like I remembered it (last time out there was Oct), although a bit more eroded and chunkier.
