    Jerry,

I live 3 miles from this course its pretty easy track. There are a couple short climbs, a couple mildly technical sections, and mostly tight twisty singletrack. I ride there 1-2 times a week, not sure what you ride regularly, but its a good NC Piedmont course.
    -rides bikes for fun.

It is a great place to ride. The trails offer a little of everything but no sustained climbs. There is a 1/2 mile section in the middle of the trail that's a bit rooty and technical. Its not super hard but its challenging.

Thanks. I was trying to decide between riding a 1X10 hardtail or a 1X9 full rigid, but a bad bottom bracket has already made the decision for me
