Transition or Guerilla Gravity Demos in NC?
Anyone know of a shop in western NC that rents/demos Transition or GG bikes? Preferably near the Pisgah?

Pretty sure I saw The Hub is gonna have Transition demos available soon, call and ask.

GG, I don't think many around here will, their site seems to indicate the same:

    https://ridegg.com/find-demo

Closest bet is outside of Atlanta to demo one of those. About a 3 1/2-4 hour drive, probably worth it if you are seriously considering one, but also worth keeping in mind there are no dealers anywhere nearby whereas The Hub is a Transition dealer.

You just missed them, they rolled through WNC a couple weeks ago with a van full of demo bikes...

I'm open for a drive! I need to ride that trail pistol, and I'll certainly hit up the hub.

Wish that smuggler could fit a meatier tire in the rear

The new Smuggler can fit a 2.4.

I've found most manufacturers are a bit conservative when it comes to max tire sizes on their frames and forks. Probably since most tire manufacturers vary in size so much, so it's possible you could fit some 2.5s on it.

By new do you just mean 2018s?

I have a GG Smash frame on order but it may be a few weeks before I get it in and built up. I will be glad to let folks check it out when done. It looks like it will be a rad bike for pisgah.
