    Stolen Bike Alert Round 2!!!

A tad bit of irony considering I had a connection to the other stolen bike thread BUT some ****** cut my roof rack and ripped my bike off right in my driveway last night.

I live in West Asheville so if any of you peeps happen to see a white Morewood Shova with a lowered Fox 36 up front, PLEASE let me know! Here's an older picture:

    Thanks!

If they cut your rack, they knew what they were trying to get. Report it stolen, and talk to Sgt. Ernie F. Welborn, he's a great guy. I'd also recommend using CraigsLook, a website that searches the Craigslist postings of different areas. It's helpful for seeing if they're trying to drive it out of town and sell it. Good luck, and let us know if we can help.

Now that doesnt sound like the whole story...

Lets not jump to conclusions maybe they just borrowed it to give it a tune up...Or maybe they didnt know they couldn't do that...

I would start checking all the pawn shops! Also, report it stolen and hopefully you have the serial numbers as well.

that is an interesting tool, a bit different than:
    searchallcraigs.com (google overlay)
crazedlist.org (which lets you build an RSS feed to blow into a gReader account, very good tool)

    Stolen bike sighting?

Could this be it, or just a coincidence? I see where there may be some subtle differences, but it's not that far from you.
