    Ride tomorrow WNC

Departing Mt Airy tomorrow AM headed to Columbus NC. Short meeting there then I have til late afternoon to make it to Franklin NC. Any decent trails that may be dry-ish tomorrow midday not too far off the main thoroughfares between Polk County and Franklin? Iím not averse to taking the back way through Sapphire Valley. Also willing to meet anyone that might have a free Wednesday. Thanks again

Thanks for all the recommendations. Ended up running 26 over from Columbus to Flat Rock and then DuPont. Parked at Lake Imaging after checking out the Reeb Ranch (100 ladies on bikes riding around, turned out to be too good to be true). Went down Jimís Branch to Buck Forest to White Pine to Boundary loop, hickory mtn road to hickory loop to ridgeline. Enjoyed all of it and will return. Never had downhill trails quite like those.
