Pisgah 111K and 55.5K now HALF PRICE!

Pisgah Productions was formed with the idea of creating challenging, AFFORDABLE, and community-building events. Racing should not be for just the 1%!!! With this in mind we have cut the entry fees to the 2015 Pisgah 111K and 55.5K in HALF!!!

$60 for 111K (~70 miles) of the best trails Pisgah has to offer. $30 for 55.5K. Fully stocked aid stations! Professional mechanical support! Sag wagons! No navigation skills required! 111K May 16th. 55.5K May 17th.

(Our generous sponsors make this possible! Thank you Liberty Bicycles and The Hub!!!)

More information about the 111K can be found here:

More information about the 55.5 can be found here:

I'm in for 55. Hope the weather is better than last year. Y'all can have a competition for next to last as I have last locked up.

    Just a few short ones.

Let's see - HAB up Black. Several in TP. 5,000 creek crossings on Bradley. Lots of little ones getting over the rocks on Laurel. Then the steep as heck HAB at the end of Laurel. Then those of us without great technical skills (or large male parts) will have to HAB down parts of Pilot. Then there's that whole section of Black between Buckhorn and Pressly. Other than that, it's all rideable.

There are some trail runners out there who can do this course faster running than some of us will biking. But it's only 30 bucks!!

In other words, an epic mountain bike ride, supported and planned for you, with multiple killer descents, for only $30. AWESOME E!!

You did notice that there is an 'ultra-running' category at the 55.5, right? That's only $20! Ditch the bike!

But it's kilometers, not miles, so it's all good. Easy peasy.
