Seasonal trails open, but so does deer/rifle season. Will either of things influence which trails you ride for the next couple of weeks ? I was advised by **** hunters at Woods Mountain (GF district) last week that things were fixin to get "busy" when rifle season arrived on Monday. I was soaked in sweat after a four hour ride in the woods on a bicycle and they were a day into a missing **** dog search with a big radio antennae. To each his own.
Bingo. To each his own. I don't usually allow hunting season to interfere with my choice of trails in PNF however, i do put away the antler helmet and tend to wear brighter jerseys and be a little louder. I fart a lot in the winter.
When we were there last week we heard a number of what sounded like black powder shots in the Davidson river area. One or two we ever heard from the campground.
Nice. Those are two new ones for me that I want to catch this trip. I'm heading that way shortly to ride for a couple of days. Wonder what the roadside camping situation will be ?
