    Passion, Rain, Bike work an'stuff

It's currently raining hard in Bent Creek. I can only imagine what's happening in the immediate area - heck, it might be dry on the other side of the mountain....

If you can't ride tomorrow: work on your bike!

Here's someone with the right idea. Them Flat Lander's know how to "multi-task".

Installed new cranks, bottom bracket, and bash guard tonight. Tomorrow, shorten and bleed brake lines!

Thanks Hollis for the heads up about the bash guards!

I just dropped $700 on new parts for the road bike. New Dura-Ace 10 speed shifters, new compact crank, 10 speed cassette and chain. Guess I better ride it some now.

    To ^ ^ ^ mb: That's the attitude Dude! You'll heal fast.

Mikey: Words of advise ("^ ^ ^"), now that you've seriously invested in The Dark Side - don't go on any fishing "trips" before bike season.

April and May are the primo months for trout fishing IMHO, if my buddy (see picture below) can catch his limit, anyone can! And I mean anyone!

Hey, just pointing out the obvious. I had a few too many 90 minute imperial IPA's last night.
