Good job! P.A.S. Heartbreak Advanced Ride 052911

If you love having white knuckles you should join us for a ride on one of the greatest downhill’s ever with a good climb before hand. Meet us at Andrews Geyser in Old Fort. We will be leaving at 10:00am. The plan is to climb up threw Ridge Crest or pedal over to Montreat College and then take the Old Toll Road to Heartbreak. If anyone wants to throw in Kitsuma we could add that in after Heartbreak.
Her is a link to the Geyser or we can Shuttle or follow us from Asheville.

Of course. We would have it no other way. It mostly depends on who shows up and how many. The larger the group the slower the pace. It should take about 5-6hrs without Kitsuma. Maybe around 25 miles.

I am supposed to get the build kit in on Friday for my 650 B hardtail. I hope I can get it built up in time to make this one with you guys.

Congratulations on the new ride. I could not think of a much better route to get the feel for a new bike.

Great ride, thanks for posting Yeti. I was spent rolling out of Kitsuma.

Adam, about 5min after you left, the UNCA dance team showed up to ride the road as apart of their cross training. Don't worry, I made sure they all had a good fit on their bikes.

    Thanks

Adam, Patrick, and Zach: Thanks for the advice for Oramm. Sorry I couldn't ride with you guys. Any interest in doing something similar two weeks from now?

Now that I have a Tallboy I did not think changing my handle to Asheville TallboyRider would sound too good.
