    Not a PMBAR Smackdown thread
I would just like to give everybody fair warning that my partner and I are going to rain down biblical amounts of unholy hell on your pathetic heads drowning out your cries for mercy.

You have been given fair warning.

    Hide.

    That is all.

Weather reports are for the weak and worthless.

Make sure to fill out the next of kin information on the waivers.

Is your name last name Neidermeyer? Seems to me you are the one who started this thread with a weather report...

    Pfffttt...

Never been lower than 15th*, even with a dying Thad, a one braked Wonderboy, or a stranger in very short lycra from Ohio.

Best move me and Zac up a few notches (like somewhere in the neighborhood of 20-24 notches).

*excluding the partial DNF when Jody's frame tried to split in half, and I had to go it alone from the top of Trace Ridge.

"Which one of you a55h0les is coming in second?" Larry Bird - in the locker room preceding an All Star 3 point contest.

"I didn't grow up idolizing you!" Michael Jordan to a rookie trying to guard him.

    Now that's trash talk!

My partner and I will finish between 2nd and last in the non-existent coed category. That I can promise.

Unlike last year my teammate has actually ridden his bike this year and he is predicting we will beat our results from last year*. However, based on insider info only three people are privileged to I know that is simply not possible. No worries - I'm only in it for the fun this year :D.

My prediction is this year's race will be full of surprises!

    * We finished ninth overall. First in the non-existent single speed class.

David and I finished with 95 miles. There was a bit of climbing in there I guess. We got in right before 11:00PM and hit all five checkpoints. We stayed on course. We rode over the finish line side by side. We tried not to fall asleep while pedaling up Black. We were successful.

OOooo, I just noticed this! you put us in Third, thank you very much! As it turns out, Thad and I scored extremely low on the reading comprehension tests, HOWEVER, we scored very well on deception, fooling Dicky into thinking we were beating him when we ran into him up on Pilot Connector.

Besides irritating Dicky, our main goals were for Thad not to die, for his car and dogs to survive race weekend intact, to not go on a trail where we would have to cross a river waist-deep or deeper, and to have fun times all day.

We won a great ride in the woods, while getting multiply DQ'd in the process. Also, we won a souvenir wooden nickel!

Fun times all day! Thanks Eric!

    Nice going, Chief!

Did you get your headlight back? MCD is the username of the guy who you swapped out with.

I stayed at the finish line as long as I could. I wanted to see you guys finish. I was worried about you two (especially Dave with his recent injuries). Glad to know you're both safe.
