    Myrtle Beach trails?

I'm heading down to the Myrtle Beach area (Longs to be exact) this weekend to visit family and was wondering if there is any good singletrack in the area to ride.

    Thanks!

This did not disappoint... better than not riding a mountain bike on vacation.

Excellent! Thanks for the info. I can't stand the heat down there, but a little mountain biking may make it a little more tolerable.

Yeah, hit the Hulk in NMB. If you have a little time to travel, maybe head up to Wilmington and ride Blue Clay and/or Brunswick Nature Park.

Thanks! If I have the time, I may try to check those out as well.

I made it to the Hulk. It was fun, and, um, interesting. It's the first time I've ridden on a "carpeted" trail. I particularly liked the beige colored carpets as they blended in better with the natural sections of the trail, but the artificial turf sections were kind of cool too I'm assuming they put those down to help with erosion. Anyway, it really was fun (but #@$%&*! hot) and allowed me to get some riding in. That clay is slick if it's wet!
