    kitsuma conditions?

haven't ridden kitsuma since the deconstruction work. has anyone ridden it recently? was gonna go check it out. it used to be my favorite trail near asheville, now i'm afraid to go there and cry. just wondering if its a mudhole now after all these rains. thanks!

Not a mudhole, there are enough stupid ditches on the trail to drain all of Pisgah. It's just extra machine built mileage now, not really worth a trip just for it. Do Heartbreak instead. Save you tears for the climb up.

    kitsuma is no longer interesting.

the challenge of cleaning the initial climbs...gone.

the final huh-my-heartrate-does-go-to-210 push to the peak...gone.

    the sketchy-flowy off-camber goat paths...gone.

    trailblah. it's a bikepark.

**** the NFS. go poach something interesting and feel good about it.

It's a golf cart path now.....much like a Tarheel Trailblazer trail. I can ride golf cart paths without leaving Charlotte.
