    Kid trails in Henderson/Asheville area?

My 5 and 7 year old would like to ride some easy trails while visiting Grandparents in Flat Rock. Paved bike trails, dirt roads or single track is fine as long as it is relatively flat

Some of the lower stuff in Bent Creek is pretty kid friendly, I see kids with their folks there all the time...

Check out Hardtimes, Homestead, the Explorer loops, Pine Tree, etc... anything around the lake, really. But some of the trails are off-limits to bikes, so pick up a map at a LBS. There are some "flatter" roads and a gravel connector (campground connector) that you can use to help link up the trails.

There is a beach and nice opportunities to get up to the parkway for sightseeing should your group be looking for more to do/bail on riding.

Kids trail loop at Guyon Farm parking lot in Dupont. It's off Sky valley road. Some decent trails in Jackson Park, its in downtown Hendersonville. There are trails and a Bike path runs all the way to Patton park and that park has a skateboard park. You will have to cross 7th ave,but otherwise it's traffic free.
